Our children are also not spared from the impact of the never-ending lockdown; the lack of physical contact with their friends, and the frustration from the loss of all the fun activities pre-Covid. Needless to say, we could all use a little breather.

Class description
Kids Yoga is all about allowing your child to explore while learning through play. Your child will learn techniques on how to manage their big emotions through breathwork, storytelling with yoga poses, as well as art journaling to cultivate mindfulness.

1. Increases children’s body awareness and mindfulness.
2. Enhances children’s concentration and memory.
3. Develops children’s strength and flexibility.

Equipment needed
Yoga mat, papers and colour pencils.
